Responsibility-
Office Management: Support the Head of Office in day-to-day general office management, including HR-related matters, budget and cost management, safety and facilities, records and information management, IT support, procurement, and contract management.
Staff Relocation: Support the staff in relocating to and out of the Hub, managing matters related to travel, visas, medical services, housing, children's education, partner employment, etc.
Personnel Outsourcing Oversight: Assist the Head of Office in hiring and managing personnel outsourcing services at the Hub, overseeing the work performance and supervision of the outsourced staff.
