We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Architect with advanced expertise in Revit and BIM technologies. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of architectural design, technical detailing, and the ability to lead the development of high-quality technical drawings and models. As a Senior Technical Architect, you will oversee the integration of BIM into the design process, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and ensure seamless execution of complex projects.

Technical Leadership and Strategy
Architectural design and planning: Lead the architectural design and blueprinting of complex systems, ensuring that they meet both current and future business needs.
Technology roadmaps: Develop and maintain technology roadmaps that outline the direction for system architecture, software platforms, and technology stacks.
Solution development: Oversee the design and implementation of technical solutions, ensuring that they are scalable, secure, and meet the performance requirements.
Decision-making: Make key technical decisions, selecting the appropriate technologies, frameworks, and methodologies for development and deployment.
2. System Design and Integration
System architecture: Design the overall structure of complex systems, ensuring that components interact seamlessly and meet performance, security, and scalability requirements.
Integration architecture: Oversee the integration of various systems, ensuring that new solutions can be integrated with existing platforms and technologies.
Proof of concepts (PoCs): Develop PoCs to evaluate and demonstrate new technologies and solutions before full-scale implementation.
3. Stakeholder and Team Collaboration
Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders, project managers, product owners, and development teams to align technical solutions with business goals.
Team leadership: Lead and mentor a team of engineers, architects, and developers, providing guidance on best practices, technical skills, and career development.
Collaboration with other architects: Work with other architects (e.g., enterprise architects, solutions architects) to ensure that the overall architecture is cohesive and aligned with the organization’s IT strategy.
Stakeholder communication: Present complex technical concepts and solutions to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring that business leaders understand the impact and benefits of technical decisions.
4. Technology Evaluation and Adoption
Technology scouting: Stay updated with emerging technologies, tools, and frameworks, evaluating their potential to meet organizational needs.
Vendor selection: Evaluate third-party vendors and service providers, and select the most appropriate solutions based on business requirements and technical capabilities.
Innovation: Champion innovation within the organization, encouraging the exploration of new technologies and approaches to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.
