Demonstrated ability to cultivate and manage strategic partnerships, leveraging relationships to drive business growth and enhance market presence.
Adept at formulating and executing growth strategies, with a focus on market expansion, product/service positioning, and the identification of new business opportunities.
Extensive experience in P&L management, including budgeting, financial analysis, and cost optimization to ensure sustainable business growth.
Strong orientation towards client relationship management, particularly with government, banking, and national clients, fostering collaborative partnerships that contribute to overall revenue growth.
