This is a remote position.
Our Client is a US based start-up company, developing Low-code products that enable their customers to build software with creativity. We are looking for a Partner/Channel Sales Manager to their growing team in Europe.
You are expected to;
- Be pioneer of the company to build presence in Europe.
- Assess and identify the suitability of potential Partners.
- Build relationships with existing partners whilst delivering a first-class partner experience.
- Responsible for partner revenue and profitability
- Helping partners to attract new end-customers
- Tracking and managing partner pipeline
- Help the prospects to discover the value of the platform.
- Provide feedback from the market about the platform to the Product and BD teams as well as have a direct impact on the roadmap and future partnerships.
- Ensuring and arranging the planned steering meetings with Partners
- Ensure knowledge transfer and kick-offs with the team for all new projects.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage the full partner lifecycle from initial contact & qualification through to partner activation, revenue generation and continued partner account management.
- Identify and optimize revenue opportunities.
- Create sales and marketing plans.
- Communicate regularly with the wider business on partner progress.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in creating partnership strategies at software sales environment especially in product-driven companies.
- Experience in driving adoption up-take and consumption of SaaS products
- Ability to talk to customers at any decision-making level
- Commercially driven.
- A skillful negotiator that can demonstrate a track record of win-win agreements.
- Excellent organizational, time management and multi-tasking skills.
- Self- motivated and good communicator
