Job Description
We are looking for a friendly and professional Hotel Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our guests handling reservations and ensuring a smooth checkin and checkout process.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome guests and provide a warm and hospitable reception.
Assist guests with checkins checkouts and reservations.
Handle inquiries and provide information about hotel facilities and services.
Manage and process payments and invoices accurately.
Respond to guest requests and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Coordinate with other hotel staff to ensure guest satisfaction.
Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
Follow all hotel policies and procedures
Salary: 2500 AED 3000 AED (Monthly)
Experienced and Freshers Both can Apply
The company provides Visa with all benefits according to UAE law Fix Salary Transportation Allowances. Freshers can also apply to send their CVs on WhatsApp:0
