Job Description
Job Title: Healthcare Receptionist
Location: Dubai UAE
Employment Type: FullTime
Job Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and professional Healthcare Receptionist to join our dynamic team in a busy medical clinic in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in customer care or a front desk role with strong communication and organizational skills. You will be the first point of contact for our patients ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist patients with a warm empathetic and patientoriented approach.
- Manage appointment scheduling patient checkins and inquiries both in person and over the phone.
- Maintain accurate patient records and manage filing systems.
- Handle payments invoicing and insurance claims as required.
- Coordinate with healthcare professionals to ensure smooth clinic operations.
- Ensure the reception area is clean organized and welcoming at all times.
- Provide information about clinic services and address patient concerns professionally.
- Utilize MS Office and healthcare management software to manage daily tasks efficiently.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer care or front desk role preferably in a healthcare or hospitality setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English; knowledge of additional European languages is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with healthcare management software is an advantage.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Empathetic patientoriented and culturally sensitive.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced dynamic environment with attention to detail.
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends if required.
