DESIGNATION : SITE SUPERVISOR
REPORTING TO : MANAGER CONTRACTS
LOCATION : UAE DUBAI
Role Description
This is a fulltime onsite role for a Site Supervisor located in Dubai. The Project Engineer will be responsible for daytoday project management and engineering tasks including electrical engineering project planning project engineering and communication with clients vendors and team members.
* Prepare project plan conduct periodic progress review meetings with the project team and monitor progress of each activity
* Prepare overall project schedule and execute schedule; monitor project progress updates of all activities from the beginning to end
* Make site visit to verify the scope of work and location of work
* Ensure that entire project team adapts to project schedule and each steps are completed within the scheduled time
* Prepare daily weekly and monthly progress review report
* Calculate plan and monitor optimal material requirement manpower requirement of various skills and machinery equipment requirement
* Interact with other personnel such as quantity surveyors site engineers and project managers to track and solve the issues at site; ensure work is performed as per the norms
* Prepare daily highlights and caution the management at the earliest about the area of concerns
* Check and control quantity variance analysis regularly
* Coordinate with site engineers and ensure the availability of materials resources documents and ensure there is no delay due to this
Prepare non conformance report (NCR)
* Ensure safety measures are followed strictly
* Prepare presentation of project execution and closeout report

Requirements
Qualifications
# BTech/BE Civil/Diploma/ITI
# Excellent communication skills for effective client vendor and team member communication
# Experience in project management and project engineering
# Strong technical knowledge and practical experience in electrical engineering
# Demonstrated ability to plan execute and monitor projects from inception through to completion
# Knowledge in MS Projects/P6/MS Office
# Experience in the Interior Fitout industry is a plus
