JOB DESCRIPTION JOB TITLE: Operations Manager
Reports to: Service Delivery Senior Manager Direct Reports: Team Leads and Quality Analysts
OVERALL PURPOSE OF JOB
For the Workflow, Manager will lead overall Operations delivery where Seller will provide the client services to the pre-existing customers, on their currently running Ad products and ad campaigns, by providing strategic advertising, advisory and backend support as after sales service. Responsibilities/Authorities Main accountabilities:
Determines operational strategies by conducting needs assessments, performance reviews, capacity planning, and cost/ benefit analyses.
Defining user requirements; establishing production, quality, and customer-service standards; contributing information and analysis to the organization.
Maintains and improves operations by monitoring system performance; identifying and resolving problems; preparing & completing action plans; driving process improvement initiatives & quality assurance programs.
Accomplishes human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; administering scheduling systems; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; planning and reviewing compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures.
Prepares performance reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
Liaise with clients and deliver on client asks.
Coaching and mentoring supervisors to enable them to effectively manage their teams.
Conduct weekly/monthly/quarterly reviews with supervisors.
Drive the right team culture & ensure process compliance.
JOB REQUIREMENTS Candidate Profile:
We are looking for a candidate with the following skillsets :
Strong outbound sales experience within large-scale BPO operations. Should have minimum 2-3 years supervisory/management experience or progressive experience up to and including leadership, coaching and/ or supervisory roles.
Advanced understanding of digital marketing concepts and trends
Experience in managing corporate sales
Strong people & team management experience with proven leadership skills
Highly analytical, with a track-record of being a strong problem solver, capable of translating analysis and insights into actionable business plan
Ability to learn quickly and handle complexity, change and ambiguity
Successful track record in supporting recruitment and talent acquisition
Experience in BPO environment with current exposure in managing night shifts.
Educational Qualifications:
- Post-Secondary Degree (preferably in marketing or business or gained equivalent experience selling digital solutions for 1+ years).
- Native level of English (Language{s} necessary in market) -written and verbal- verified by testing where appropriate
Working Conditions
- Flexibility to work 24/7 shift including work hours at night
- Flexible with working hours and work Saturdays or Sundays as part of your normal 5-day shift
- Will be based out of Delivery Centre

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience in advertising sales, media account management, successful client engagement and consistent business growth. Experience working against an assigned quota with a desire to exceed sales targets or sales KPIs.
- Experience in providing strategic advice to help advertisers get the best return on advertising investments.
- Ability to assess customer needs and successfully pitch on value propositions.
- Ability to communicate effectively across various levels, including senior marketing leaders.
- Flexibility in switching between duties and assignments as per requirement.
- Experience working with CRM systems.
- Dependable, reliable with strong work ethic and time management skills.
