Ensure proper follow up and delivery
Plan and organize travel arrangements and department’s meetings / conferences and other events in a time and cost effective way
Observe confidential procedures and register / track accountable or statutory documentation in order to ensure appropriate level of confidentiality, security and control.
Ability to use software systems relevant in the area of work and apply them on a daily basis
