• Close identified transactions with customers
• Explore customer needs, develop the appropriate solution and close the deal
• Present IBM's value and position IBM against competitors
• Develop quotations with appropriate products, quantities and prices
• Manage a pipeline of sales opportunities independently and provide accurate forecasts on a weekly basis
• Take ownership of the complete renewals sales process from the quoting to customer fulfilment process
• Manage relations with IBM Business Partners, Field Sales Reps and supporting functions in the IBM country organizations
• Continuously broaden & deepen technical product skill
• Profile
• Excellent Sales Skills (prior sales position absolutely essential
• Excellent communication skills (listening, influencing, persuading)
• Fluent English
• Proactive, willing to take ownership and initiative
• Persistent and unafraid of complexity
• Strong administrative skills
• University degree preferred
