Senior Director SCM

Responsibilities:
• Data driven analyses & assessments of SCM performance, root cause process improvement initiatives.
• Accountable for supply chain operations (Procurement & Product Supply, Supply Planning & Forecasting, Logistics & Transportation, Ecommerce & Last Mile, Fulfillment & Distribution Center operations) across the MENA region
• Accountable to prepare, submit and manage country SCM L0 / L1 budgets and RFCs as well as COS items within the given guideline by VP SCM EM along with EM SCM financial controller.
• Build and maintains strong relationships with MENA Key stakeholders: Brand, Finance, Commercial functions & Key Accounts, line managers as well as the entire team to ensure alignment with cascaded directions and objectives set by VP SCM EM and a smooth cluster execution
• Together with the VP SCM EM develop the SCM road map for the MENA region, implement global supply chain strategy that supports and meets country strategy, performance objectives and customer/consumer expectations
• Maintain routines to ensure delivery of core supply chain metrics in terms of product availability (OTA/OTIF), cost (SC cost absolute & as percentage of net sales), inventory/service and establish adequate monitoring & reporting routines for all SCM related KPIs
• Lead a team of 35 supply chain experts.
