• Ensure the company’s database is properly maintained, kept up to date and adheres to legislation
• Assist with new opening marketing collateral requirements in terms of procuring quotes, samples, etc.
• Maintain marketing budget in a comprehensive easy to access format
• Coordinate meetings, events, and campaigns by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements, establishing contacts, developing schedules and assignments, and coordinating mailing lists.
• Process invoices and ensuring the payment of each invoice, accurately managing monthly accruals for respective departments – liaising directly with finance and procurement team.
• Support the marketing team in social media content creation and community management
• Maintain a directory and inventory of marketing resources, ensuring all resources are current and accurate, and coordinate the creation of new materials as needed.
• Collaborate with the design team to produce promotional and marketing materials.
• Prepare marketing activity reports and metrics for measuring program success.
• Undertaking daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities
• Track all marketing expenses for all restaurants
• Raise all the PRs and smoothly follow up the LPOs status.
• Communicate campaign objectives, timelines, and deliverables to the operations team.
• Independently coordinate marketing and community events, including overseeing logistics, managing registrations, coordinating with vendors, creating itineraries, and ordering marketing collateral.
