• Ensuring that back-of-house cleaning schedules and garbage runs are strictly adhered to, and areas are cleaned according to the established standards.
• Attending daily pre-shift briefings on Outlet and Banquet activities.
• Being responsible to supervisors and implement multi-tasking principle and to check their performance periodically.
• Ensuring that each outlet is supplied with clean and dry operating equipment.
• Assisting the Back of House Manager in managing the Stewarding Department, providing a courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service at all times, following Jumeirah Standards of Performance.
• Being able to store and careful use of all operating equipment and supplies.
• Ensuring that the food production areas are supplied with clean and dry kitchen utensils.
• Liaising with the Kitchen and Food Beverage department on daily operations and quality control.
