. Work collaboratively with the business and Technical teams (projects and departments) to understand, collate, and document their requirements

2. Develop, manage, and enhance the Enterprise Techincal Architecture (ETA) related meta-model and repository

3. Manage and own enterprise level Technology assets in the EA repository and becoming their steward

4. Collaborate with PMO, Solution Delivery and Service Delivery Teams to define the process govening areas of ETA within Programs and Projects

5. Transition knowledge to Technical Architects and Junior Staff within the Unit

6. Define and refine Enterprise Technical Architecture in alignment with the team lead As business needs evolve, work closely with Business units to understand their needs and its implication on Architecture and established Architecture standards

7. Lead Technology Life-Cycle Management This will include identifying emerging technologies, defining standards that state which technologies are to be used for what purpose and introducing and retiring technologies This will include tools, middleware, databases, server software and packaged products

8. Collaborate closely with Business Architects in developing and managing Enterprise Solution blueprint and ensures its evolution vis-à-vis business and IT environment changes

9. Guides and manages development of Standards, Guidelines, Policies pertainaing areas of ETA

10. Work closely with Solution vendors and internal Teams to ensure standard Compliance and Quality of Service

11. Work closely with Business architects in the identification, sequencing, and implementation of key business solutions

12. Provide leadership in solutions and models that cross business units’ and departments’ boundaries to provide a holistic approach of EA leveraging synergies for a competitive gain

13. Develop, motivate and direct surbodinate staff to create a team environment in order to fulfill the objectives of the unit and EA program
