• Control over circulation of documents, maintaining office systems and data management
• Administrative tasks – preparation , review, filing of contracts, invoices, letters and other documents
• Assistance in review of documents, agreements to be signed by Director and senior management
• Maintaining & control over corporate documents of Group companies
• Assistance in maintaining of accurate KYC/ AML due diligence records on new and existing counterparts
• Visiting, liaising, communication with local and foreign counterparties, corporate administrators, auditors, lawyers etc.
• Assistance with day to day accounting operations of Group companies
• Debtors, Creditors reconciliation for Group companies
• Other supporting secretarial duties – printing, scanning, documents dispatch and other
• Performing other duties upon the request of management
