Key Responsibilities:
Valuations:
Conducting comprehensive valuations of private equity investments.
Oversee the preparation of detailed valuation reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
Ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices in valuation methodologies.
Portfolio Management:
Analyse and evaluate the financial performance of portfolio companies.
Develop and implement valuation models for new investments and existing portfolio companies.
Collaborate with portfolio managers to provide strategic insights based on valuation analysis.
