• Create a culture of accountability, supporting and driving the “one team” model
• Work effectively with HAB P&E team, Regional Sales Team and ensuring accuracy in the delivery of effective bids
• Responsible for effective leadership and management of BIDs
• Prepare bid plans, assign work to team members, review their assignments and be responsible for accuracy and completeness of solutions & estimates prepared by himself / herself or other P&E estimators
• Lead P&E Efforts on Key Sales Opportunities from Bid approval until Order is booked, including the development of the proposed technical solution and cost calculation.
• Facilitate the discussion with team members to determine/identify competitive insight for assigned opportunities, progress reviews
• Work in partnership with sales professional to develop an effective strategy which will be embodied in the response.
• Responsible for preparation of Airfield solutions and Estimation for Airfield Ground Lightings, VDGS, ALCMS, CNS/ATM, CNE and ELV systems
