Job Description
- Develop and execute comprehensive leasing strategies to attract and retain tenants, maximize occupancy rates, and achieve revenue goals.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with existing tenants, addressing their needs and concerns promptly to ensure tenant satisfaction and retention.
- Actively market available rental units to prospective tenants, responding to inquiries, conducting property tours, and effectively showcasing property features and amenities.
- Supervise leasing administrative staff, providing guidance, training, and support to optimize their performance and productivity and ensure that they work in line with SLA and KPI’s.
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about local real estate trends, competitor activities, and rental market dynamics, informing leasing strategies and pricing decisions.
- Assist in developing leasing budgets, monitoring leasing-related expenses, and implementing cost-effective leasing initiatives to maximize profitability.
- Maintain accurate leasing records, including lease agreements, tenant information, rental payments, and leasing correspondence, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with property management and maintenance teams to ensure rental units are well-maintained and ready for occupancy, addressing any maintenance issues promptly.
- Oversee all leasing activities including attracting new tenants, retaining existing tenants, and ensuring maximum occupancy levels.
- Conduct lease negotiations with potential tenants to secure favorable terms for the company while meeting tenant needs.
- Ensure the effective management and maintenance of the property to provide a high standard of service to tenants and customers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with tenants to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or issues promptly.
- Prepare and manage the leasing budget, track financial performance, and ensure profitability through effective financial planning and control.
- Lead and mentor the leasing team, providing guidance and support to achieve team goals and individual development.
