This specifically what we are looking for:
Audience Manager is an SME within a product team focused on audience management & orchestration, supporting all channels and lines of business. Serves as the lead practitioner curating, refining & developing audiences for stakeholder teams across the enterprise, serving as an evangelist for audience-led user experience delivery. The Audience Manager is a hands-on user of platforms use to build, manage and activate audiences, and serves as an SME to stakeholder teams, guiding & enabling their programs.
Responsibilities:
Serve as audience developer within a product team, working with CX, technology, channel and business teams to activate audiences & experiences.
Rationalize stakeholder audience / journey requests to distill into discrete definitions or requirements for building an audience.
Guide and facilitate audience based programs & activations with stakeholder teams to build toward scalable, omni-channel capable and persistent audiences & experiences by illustrating the "art of the possible" achieved through audience led programs.
Participate in all team activities and ceremonies.
Use a matrixed influencing approach to work with essential business partners throughout the organization, often at a more senior level and irrespective of hierarchy or divisions, advocating for the benefit of the customer.
Understand and engage with your customers.
Focus on outcomes over outputs, incorporating design thinking methods and analytics to inform product design. Due to the scope of these product(s), these efforts are often more complex.
Collaborate across teams and with other developers / analysts to align the customer journey and dependent backlogs.
