You will be updated with latest job alerts via email• Meet visitors, determine nature of business, direct them to specific destinations and notify concerned person of visitor’s arrival
• Send, receive, dispatch and distribute incoming mail, fascimiles or other materials to relevant parties while tracking courier services
• Specific for UAE Offices: Monitor the stationary supply of the Administration Department while managing the procurement process
• Specific for UAE Offices: Assist in handling internal processes related to Head Office departments by releasing company documents to internal/external customers such as; labor contracts/cards, passport release, checks and/or other legal documents
• Provide requested information to callers, direct them to appropriate personnel and take messages when needed
• Specific for UAE Offices: Process international call requests as instructed by management
• Specific for UAE Offices: Provide administrative support to Line Managers through printing company related documents and distributing them as required
• Specific for Jordan Offices: Provide administrative support to different departments when needed including typing letters, printing/scanning documents as requested by Line Managers
• File and maintain records of internal/ external mail on appropriate tools as per the set standards
