• Evaluates the effectiveness of the HR interventions and ensures continual improvement in participation and engagement as a result of HR initiatives.
• Review and implement talent, succession and strategic workforce plans.
• Reviews and interprets the performance of HR service delivery against objectives, strategy and budgetary targets for their Sector.
• Develops a framework to support the development of bids contributing to business success and ensure that new contracts are provided with the appropriate level of Business HR support.
• Works with the Sector Leadership Team to understand the business requirements and develop the divisional/group people strategy.
