Job Description
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Administration or relevant field with SPHR or equivalent certification
- 10-15 years of experience in all aspects of HRM, Change Management in a rapidly growing, dynamic environment
- Expertise in strategic HR management
- Knowledge of UAE employment legislation
- Strong communication skills in English and Arabic
- Excellent IT and HRMS skills
