Job Description :
A sales account manager oversees sales activities and develops relationships with customers. Sales account managers are responsible for managing accounts, ensuring clients are satisfied, and generating new sales opportunities.
Responsibilities :
1. Managing accounts for long-term success.
2. Establishing good rapport with clients.
3. Developing new sales opportunities.
4. Supervising representatives to ensure increased sales.
5. Preparing reports on accounts and transactions.
Qualification :
1. Business, marketing, or similar degree.
2. Proven experience in a sales position.
3. Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office.
4. Excellent interpersonal skills.
