Responsibilities:
•Provide general assistance in the preparation of facilities forspecial functions, themed evenings in order to deliver requiredservices.
• Greeting guests and suggestivelyselling menu items in order to increase revenue.
• Sell products within the park while roaming whennecessary to increase revenue.
• To be fullyknowledgeable of the products sold in the outlets/carts in order torespond to the guests enquiries and maintain guestsatisfaction.
• Attend all scheduled meetingsand trainings in order to be aware of all updated policies andtrainings.
• Communicate effectively withsenior management and colleagues in order to provide vitalinformation and enhance a smooth communication process in theoutlet/cart.
• Working at various Food andBeverage locations, including both indoor and outdoor venues.
• Take all food and beverage orders as per StandardOperating Procedures.
• Ensuring extraordinaryguest service by providing positive interactions with guests in afriendly and courteous manner
