- Assisting the team with Arabic translations & proofreading
- Monthly report sharing insights for each clinic
- Event management, organizing and covering through social media platforms
- Handling the website live chat, answering customers queries
- Collecting leads from various social media channels and sharing it with the marketing manager
- Responsible of handling social media accounts for all Group assets
- Writing and posting content for the account; Posting Instagram stories
