Looking for a suitable candidate who is well versed in the English language and can answer phone calls, understand customer queries and help the customer out. A lot of the customer communication would also be through email so being well versed with Microsoft Outlook is important. More so the role would require the candidate to know how to use Microsoft Excel & Word.
