Architect Designer

Responsibilities: To work with the Team in architectural design, including generating design concepts, research and production, To participate in presentation meetings with clients and consultants, To provide technical design expertise and services in all architectural design development processes, Provides creative design solutions to stakeholders and ensures projects are continually meeting budgets and schedules, Capable of conducting site analysis, brief analysis, and design concept presentations, Producing high-quality presentations using Photoshop and PowerPoint, Creating presentation base drawings with either Sketch Up or CAD for area calculations and superimposing the clients base drawings with the intended design, To assist in design-related research and managing the filing system in the design department, Coordinating with other consultants on design requirements. Requirements: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Architecture or its equivalent, 5+ years of working experience is required for this position and specializing in Theme Park & Leisure Design will be an added advantage, Excellent in MS Office, Photoshop, Sketch-up, AutoCAD, 2D & 3D software, Revit Software. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Capable in communicating design intents clearly (either verbally or by visual graphics), Strong communication and presentation skills (verbal, graphic and written) proficient in spoken and written English, Able to work independently and as well as with a team, Capable of multi-tasking across multiple projects with attention to detail under tight deadlines.
