Job Description
The Audit quality agent is a key player assigned to support the business in a day to day operations, highlighting the issues of high criticality, identifying reoccurring issues, and major areas of concern that may affect the customer’s journey/experience.
The candidate will also be responsible for ensuring the constant improvement is taking place within the department while coordinating on the issues follow-ups and completion deadlines to ensure their SLAs timely closure.
