Black & Grey HR is hiring for one of the leading Manufacturers of Insulated Panels in the United Arab Emirates. Our Client is looking to hire a Production Supervisor who will maximize productivity while ensuring high quality and adherence to safety protocols and best practices. Responsibilities are -
- Set daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicate them to employees
- Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules
- Oversee and coach employees
- Ensure the safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance
- Check production output according to specifications
- Submit reports on performance and progress
- Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements
- Train new employees on how to use machinery safely and follow procedures
- Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards
-Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
-Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications and content, benchmarking state-of-the-art practices, and participating in professional societies.
Requirements
- 3+ years relevant work experience in manufacturing (preferably with insulated panels)
- Proven experience as Production Supervisor or similar role
- Experience in using various types of manufacturing machinery and tools
- Organizational and leadership abilities
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- Degree in a technical, engineering or relevant field will be an advantage
