Our client, a well-established organization is looking for a Receptionist to be based in their office in Dubai. In this role, the person will:
- manage the reception
- screen/answer//forward calls
- book hotels/transportation/airline ticket, as needed
- coordinate with supplier and negotiate for prices
- manage and document contracts
- create reports using Microsoft office application
- write e-mail
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you need to meet the following criteria:
- with minimum 3 years in the same role
- a diploma or degree holder
- good command of English
- can start immediately
- willing to work in JLT area
- already based in the UAE
