Receptionist (Immediate Start)

• manage the reception
  
• screen/answer//forward calls
  
• book hotels/transportation/airline ticket, as needed
  
• coordinate with supplier and negotiate for prices
  
• manage and document contracts
  
• create reports using Microsoft office application
  
• write e-mail
  

Requirements

• with minimum 3 years in the same role
  
• a diploma or degree holder
  
• good command of English
  
• can start immediately
  
• willing to work in JLT area
  
• already based in the UAE
