Spa Attendant

Responsibilities

• Supply the guests with the amenities while monitoring the assignment, standard set-up and maintenance of locker, linens, Wet Areas.
• Maintain cleanliness and report deficiencies of any equipment.
• Maintain the facility in peak sanitary condition at all times.
• Maintain Wet areas/locker rooms in a tidy manner.
• Check and clean all areas of the Spa area including outside areas when needed.
• Maintain toiletries in locker/shower cubicles and other room vanities.
• Maintain linen inventory to and from laundry on a scheduled basis.
• Direct guests to appointments and assist them in every way possible
• Assist guests with use of sauna, steam.
• Understand and able to share information about all Spa services.
• Able to answer telephone inquiries, make bookings and receive guests in the Spa.
• Knowledgeable about all Spa retail and professional items.
• Ensure stocking of all spa amenities and toiletries.
• Understands the company’s objectives and standards, values and culture of the company applying them on the job daily.
• Adheres to the hotel’s policy relating to fire, hygiene, health and safety.
