Interact with clients, visitors coming to the office for appointment in a polite and professional manner
• Provide hospitality services, i.e., preparing and serving beverages for management & visitors.
• Assist front desk
• Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone / email.
• Attend to calls, walk-in queries, and emails professionally and appropriately address and handle inquiries / requests.
• Assist in dispatches and couriers, customer collection related tasks, as and when advised
• Assist in administrative tasks
• Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges).
