Shift Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the production line
• Ensure production targets for quality, efficiency, and safety are met
• Manage the shift crew, delegate tasks, and provide team members with feedback
• Monitor production timelines and coordinate work across shifts
• Perform regular safety checks and ensure safety protocols are followed
• Troubleshoot any production line issues and offer solutions
• Maintain accurate logs of production data and update management on progress
• Address any personnel issues regarding shift crew and escalate to management if needed
  

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in production line management
• Proven leadership and problem-solving skills
• Working knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with safety protocols and regulations for production lines
