Main Duties

Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects

Ensure that project is delivered on-time, within scope and within budget

Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility

Work with respective stream leads and ensure resource availability and allocation

Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress

Work with respective stream leads and manage changes to the project scope, schedule and costs using appropriate verification techniques

Prepare status reports and steering committee reports

Maintain and manage risks, actions, decisions and issues

Report and escalate to management as required

Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors

Coordinate with stream leads to Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders

Coordinate with stream leads and maintain comprehensive project documentation using standard tools available for Daman

Track project performance and analyse successful completion of short and long-term goals

Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients and other stakeholders

Work with stream leads and manage escalations of team members, external parties and business stakeholders

Build a trusting and safe environment with an emphasis on ownership and problem solving

Facilitate discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution

Knowledge of oracle technologies, databases, integrations, IT SDLC processes, change management

Work Experience Requirements

Minimum 10-15 years of relevant experience (e.g., Technical project Management and Change Management)



Key Requirements and Qualifications Minimum 7 years of relevant experience Prior consulting/business analysis experience is preferred Project Management Certification preferred Bachelor\'s degree in IT/Computer Engineering or other related fields Master s degree would be a plus Skills and Competencies Strong knowledge of project management methodologies Ability to document and diagram use cases, systems & business processes, and migration procedures with minimal background information Strong facilitation and presentation skills Strong command of written and spoken English; knowledge of Arabic language is an advantage Strong analytical, execution, problem solving and decision-making skills Strong level of customer service orientation and professionalism in all interactions Proactive and results oriented whilst ensuring high quality of work Good knowledge of health insurance concepts is a plus Strong knowledge of Microsoft applications
