Responsibilities:
• Greet, check-in, respond to requests while providing exceptional service
• Take initiative to add a personalized experience
• Proudly promote the hotel facilities, looking for opportunities to enhance a guest's stay through up-selling
• Your experience and skills include:
• Should have min. 1 years of experience as Guest Relations for a 5 Star Resort in UAE
• Being Multi-lingual i.e. Arabic / German/Russian / French languages would be a Plus
• Prior experience working with Opera is Mandatory
• Proven ability to build and maintain good relationships with all stakeholders
• Communicate thoughts, actions and opportunities clearly with strong networking skills
