Responsibility:
• Active involvement in driving continuous improvements to Talent Acquisition and Onboarding services regarding process, technology, and team performance.
• Deliver innovative and best practice recruitment and onboarding solutions by keeping abreast of market changes and suggesting and developing changes to processes, practices and policy.
• Lead Sector participation for Talent Acquisition deliverables and Onboarding support with bidding processes for new business in the Sector. Including but not limited to involvement in; end to end recruitment plans and solutions, capacity analysis, proactive demand planning, recruitment and onboarding costing models, sourcing strategies, salary market mapping and validation of pay rates, workforce and mobilisation plans, talent pooling and positive attendance at bid meetings to support timely and accurate bid submissions and mobilisations.
• Manage the delivery of leadership hires (for example G19+) to ensure the best quality candidates are sourced, selected, hired, and onboarded professionally and appropriately.
