• Develop and execute outreach strategies to engage potential delegates.
• Communicate the value of our events and conferences to prospective delegates.
• Manage the end-to-end delegate acquisition process, from initial contact to registration.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of potential delegates.
• Collaborate with marketing and event teams to develop compelling messaging and materials.
• Monitor and report on delegate acquisition performance and adjust strategies as needed.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to identify new opportunities.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in delegate acquisition, sales, or a related role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in email, excel and word.
• Knowledge of the events or conference industry is a plus.
