- Successful candidate will handle the following activities for Downstream Finance Strategy amp Planning approximate 90 employees br Supports the implementation of the internal HR strategy that is aligned to the organization s goals and objectives br Responsible for recruitment activities by reviewing candidates CVs provided by Staffing Department participates in the interview process of candidates Develops internal selection criteria for the organization br Manage and administrate the employees training amp development activities including developing their Individual Development Plans and track the implementation br Responsible for Talent and Performance Management processes Succession Planning High Potential and promotions processes
