Job Description

REGULAR ASSIGNED DUTIES:

1. Establish objectives, structures and plans for Management & Leadership programs.

2. Identifying development opportunities, discussing short- and long-term goals with management, designing plans to increase leadership capabilities, updating corporate culture, and observing workplaces to identify potential new leaders and come up with new recommendations for methods to expand leadership development.

3. Implement, follow up and monitor the approved training actions for the corporate & Manufacturing divisions.

4. Administer, maintain and suggest improvements to the Company Career Development System and Programs including Action Plans (IDPs), Career Path, Career counseling and Performance Analysis.

5. Assist departments in identifying high flyers/potentials and Key positions

6. Administer and arrange for the onsite training activities including developing course objectives, communication with vendors, bidding analysis, the smooth running of the courses and the post course activities.

7. Administer/Follow up and monitor the Self Development Program for allemployees.

8. Administer the on-going development, and the smooth running of the E-leaning function.

9. Act as CD Counselor and Advisor to the relevant Saudi workforce different professional and management levels.

10. provides advice and direction to the company to develop better leaders among the workers or members.

11. Produce, update and revise position proficiency profiles, gap analysis for group or individual jobs as needed through consultation with partners/end-users.

12. Conduct benchmarking studies & surveys pertaining to CD, PC training and E-learning Systems and programs.

13. Conduct career development presentations and related training programs as and whenever needed.



Requirements

Education:

BS in Industrial Management, Business Administration, HR or any equivalent fields.

Experiences:

Minimum of 7 Years related experience in the same field.
