Job Description

- Organize and control, under the direction of Facility Management, activities within the Tower during all shift as assigned, including maintenance and shutdown activity.
- Assess and report problems and safety related activities/concerns.
- Report any irregular activity, accurately and in a timely manner to Facility Manager.
- Perform daily / night grounds and building inspection and ensure that all offices are locked and safe during night shift.
- Inspect building for any hazards and/or damages.
- Report safety concerns, security breaches and unusual circumstances both verbally and in writing to the Facility HSE Officer.
- Ensure the availability of the security guards 24/7 and sign their daily attendance.
- Respond to emergency calls and escalate to Facility Manager as required.
- Conduct general inspection and provide daily shift report.
