- Implement a successful end-to-end recruitment cycle covering all crucial aspects of the profile requirements and company culture.
- Understand the role of each profile in the organization and create clear job description.
- Post jobs on appropriate job board.
- Responsible for screening candidates, shortlisting suitable candidates, conduct and setting up interviews
- Prepare the offer letters, following up on the acceptance and joining dates.
- Document collection for Onboarding candidates
- Maintain and update Employment/Recruitment Tracker
- Create and maintain a database of resumes and job applications
- Build a strong network of resources on LinkedIn and other platforms
