I have around Over 25+ years process design experience from feasibility, concept development, FEED, detailed engineering, commissioning and start-up support for both greenfield and brownfield (modification) offshore and onshore oil and gas processing/export, petrochemical, Fertilizer, SRU, LNG Gasification, hydrogen plant etc. Process engineering design experience include Design Basis Fixation, develop process philosophies, Process simulations, Heat and Material Balance (HMB) generation, Development of Process Flow diagrams (PFD) and Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID), Equipment/Instrument sizing and selection, HAZOP, HAZID and SIL review, Preparation of Safe Chart and Cause and Effect Matrix Chart.
Onshore and offshore experience includes FEED and detailed design of offshore platforms including facilities such wellheads, Compression platform, Collector Separator Plat-form, desalter, gas sweeting, gas dehydration, Dew point control, turbo expander, oil stabilization, de-methanizer de-ethanizer, de-propanizer, refrigeration Package, produced water treatment, Flare system, Propane / Butane storage system, Condensate Storage system, Produced water system and other utilities.
Petroleum and petrochemical experience includes para-xylene Plant (CCR Plate forming and catalyst Regeneration Unit), utility of Naphtha Cracker plant, design and commissioning of hydrogen plant, Ethylene Gas Purification plan, CO recovery plant, purge recovery unit. Fertilizers experience includes design and commissioning Urea plant. Chemical experience includes spent caustic treatment plant, ammonia storage & handling, LPG storage & handling, LNG Re-gassification and utility units.
