The ideal candidate will have 23 years of culinary experience and be capable of assisting in food preparation maintaining kitchen standards and supporting senior chefs in delivering high-quality dishes. Immediate joiners are strongly preferred. Key Responsibilities Assist in the preparation and cooking of menu items according to recipes and standards. Prepare ingredients sauces and mise en place for daily operations. Ensure food quality consistency and presentation standards are maintained. Follow kitchen hygiene food safety and sanitation procedures. Support senior chefs during service periods. Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management. Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment and workstations. Adhere to company policies and kitchen operational standards. Requirements Male candidates aged between 22 and 45 years. 23 years of experience as a Commis Chef or in a similar kitchen role. Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations. Understanding of food hygiene and HACCP standards. Ability to work efficiently under pressure. Good teamwork and communication skills. Must be available for immediate joining.
