As part of our continuous growth we are looking for a dynamic motivated and people-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human Resources team in Dubai.

This opportunity is designed for recruitment professionals who are passionate about talent acquisition employer branding and people development and who are looking to grow within a fast-paced and international retail environment.

The role will provide exposure to regional and international recruitment operations assessment centers overseas hiring projects talent engagement initiatives and strategic HR projects while offering long-term career growth opportunities within the company.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for retail corporate and operational positions from job posting and sourcing to offer management and onboarding coordination.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce needs recruitment priorities and organizational requirements.
  • Source and attract candidates through multiple recruitment channels including LinkedIn job boards direct sourcing referrals recruitment agencies career fairs and networking initiatives.
  • Conduct candidate screening interviews assessments and evaluations while ensuring a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the process.
  • Organize and coordinate Assessment Centers for local and international recruitment projects including scheduling logistics candidate communication interview coordination and stakeholder management.
  • Support overseas recruitment initiatives and international hiring projects across different countries and regions.
  • Coordinate recruitment logistics such as candidate travel arrangements interview scheduling recruitment events visa follow-up processes and onboarding preparation when required.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with recruitment agencies universities career offices and external recruitment partners to strengthen talent pipelines and sourcing strategies.
  • Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives in collaboration with HR and Marketing teams including social media campaigns career fairs university partnerships and talent engagement activities.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment data reports candidate pipelines and ATS updates to ensure proper recruitment tracking and reporting.
  • Monitor recruitment KPIs including time-to-fill sourcing effectiveness quality of hire and recruitment progress against business targets.
  • Conduct market mapping salary benchmarking and talent availability analysis to support hiring strategies and business decisions.
  • Ensure recruitment activities are aligned with company policies internal approval processes and UAE labor regulations.
  • Coordinate onboarding activities and support documentation processes to ensure a smooth candidate-to-employee transition.
  • Support additional HR projects and initiatives related to talent acquisition employee engagement onboarding training and HR operations.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes systems assessment methods and talent acquisition strategies across the organization.
  • Represent the company professionally and act as a brand ambassador throughout all recruitment and talent engagement activities.


Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration Psychology Management or related fields.
  • Minimum 4 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
  • Previous experience within retail fashion hospitality luxury or fast-paced international environments is considered an advantage.
  • Strong experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes across different business functions.
  • Experience coordinating Assessment Centers recruitment events or overseas recruitment projects is considered a strong plus.
  • Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn job boards recruitment agencies and direct recruitment methods.
  • Excellent communication organizational and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple vacancies and recruitment projects simultaneously.
  • Experience using ATS and recruitment platforms such as Zoho Recruit or similar systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are considered an advantage.
  • Proactive solution-oriented and passionate about people and talent development.

    Required Skills:

    Minimum 4 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
