Job Description Store Keeper

Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Store Keeper to manage site inventory material receiving storage and issuance activities. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction stores management and knowledge of handling building materials tools and equipment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily store operations at the construction site.

  • Receive inspect and verify incoming materials against purchase orders and delivery documents.

  • Maintain accurate records of materials received issued and returned.

  • Monitor stock levels and prepare material requests when required.

  • Ensure proper storage handling and preservation of materials.

  • Issue materials to site teams based on approved requests.

  • Maintain inventory records stock reports and documentation.

  • Coordinate with procurement site engineers and project teams.

  • Conduct regular stock checks and reconciliation.

  • Monitor tools equipment and material movements.

  • Ensure proper labeling and organization of store items.

  • Maintain compliance with company procedures and safety requirements.

Requirements

ments

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Store Keeper in construction projects.

  • Experience in high-rise buildings residential and villa projects preferred.

  • Good knowledge of construction materials tools and equipment.

  • Familiarity with inventory control and documentation.

  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel/ERP experience preferred).

  • Good communication and organizational skills.

  • UAE construction experience is an advantage.

Required Skills:

Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Minimum 12 years of experience in construction project management. Strong experience with high-rise buildings residential and villa projects. Proven experience working with main contracting companies in Dubai/UAE. Strong knowledge of construction processes project controls and UAE regulations. Excellent leadership communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage multiple project teams and deliver projects successfully. Interested candidates can share their updated CVs.
