In partnership with our client a premium personal brand and business group based in Dubai we are seeking a Short Form Videographer and Editor to create compelling high-performing content across TikTok Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts. Who are we looking for
- You are a short-form content creator and editor with 2 to 4 years of experience producing high-quality video content for social media platforms.
- You are skilled in video editing using CapCut or Premiere Pro with a strong eye for pacing captions colour grading and motion graphics.
- You are trend-aware and platform-savvy understanding what formats effects and styles are driving performance on TikTok Reels and Shorts right now.
- You are fast and reliable able to deliver polished content within agreed deadlines without compromising on quality or brand consistency.
- You are a strong collaborator comfortable working within a creative team and taking direction from creative leads while bringing your own ideas to the table.
Your Responsibilities
- You will shoot and edit short-form videos for TikTok Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts creating content that is engaging on-brand and optimised for each platform.
- You will create content using trending formats effects and editing styles that capture attention and drive strong performance metrics.
- You will handle captions colour grading and motion graphics to ensure every piece of content meets a high production standard.
- You will collaborate with the creative team on concepts contributing ideas and executing briefs with speed and accuracy.
- You will monitor trends and platform algorithms to stay current and inform content direction.
- You will deliver all content within agreed deadlines maintaining brand consistency across every piece of output.

To be considered for this role you should have
- A Diploma or Bachelors degree in Media or a related field is preferred.
- 2 to 4 years of short-form content production experience.
- Proficiency in CapCut or Premiere Pro with strong editing colour grading and motion graphics skills.
- A deep understanding of TikTok Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts content trends and algorithms.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work quickly under pressure.
