About the Role We are looking for a strategic and high-performing Senior Sales Manager to drive large-scale business development lead key client engagements and accelerate revenue growth within the outsourcing and workforce solutions sector. This role focuses on acquiring enterprise clients expanding strategic accounts and contributing to long-term commercial strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Business Development Identify and secure high-value business opportunities across multiple industries. Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company growth objectives. Lead complex sales cycles from prospecting to contract closure. Drive expansion into new markets sectors and service lines. Key Account & Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level stakeholders and decision-makers. Manage and grow strategic accounts to maximize long-term revenue. Understand client workforce strategies and propose tailored outsourcing solutions. Ensure high client retention through proactive engagement and service excellence. Sales Leadership & Revenue Ownership Own revenue targets and consistently deliver against ambitious sales goals. Mentor and support sales team members on large deals and negotiations. Collaborate with leadership to refine pricing models value propositions and offerings. Support cross-selling and upselling initiatives across service portfolios. Market Intelligence & Strategy Contribution Monitor market trends competitor activities and client needs. Provide insights to leadership for improving market positioning and sales approach. Contribute to annual sales planning forecasting and budgeting. Represent the organization at industry events and networking forums. Internal Collaboration & Reporting Work closely with recruitment operations finance and legal teams. Ensure smooth transition from sales closure to service implementation. Maintain accurate forecasts CRM updates and pipeline reporting. Provide regular performance and strategy updates to senior leadership.
Qualifications & Experience Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or related field (MBA preferred). 812 years of B2B sales experience preferably in outsourcing staffing or HR solutions. Strong track record in enterprise sales and strategic account growth.
