Senior Engineer Process

• Review and verify process design calculations for sewage treatment plants (STP) pumping stations and irrigation systems

• Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality standards guidelines and regulations

• Evaluate hydraulic profiles flow diagrams (PFDs) and piping & instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs)

• Assess treatment processes (primary secondary tertiary) and recommend improvements

• Review contractors technical submittals related to process equipment and systems

• Verify design reports method statements and material submittals

• Coordinate with DM for approvals comments and design clarifications

• Review and respond to RFIs related to process engineering

• valuate and inspect installation of process equipment such as: Pumps blowers filters clarifiers Chemical dosing systems Odor control systems

• Ensure equipment meets project specifications and performance criteria

• Witness factory acceptance tests (FAT) and site acceptance tests (SAT)

• Monitor installation of process systems to ensure compliance with approved drawings

• Coordinate with civil mechanical and electrical teams for interface issues

• Conduct site inspections and issue observations/NCRs where required

• Ensure adherence to health safety and environmental standards

• articipate in pre-commissioning and commissioning activities

• Verify system performance against design parameters

• Monitor trial runs and process optimization

• Ensure proper calibration of instruments and control systems

• nsure all works comply with project specifications DM standards and international codes

• Support QA/QC processes and documentation

• Review O&M manuals and as-built documentation
