Rental Sales Associate

A prominent real estate company based in Dubai, UAE, is seeking a dedicated Rental Sales Associate to join our team. As a Rental Sales Associate, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the rental process.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist customers professionally and courteously.

- Coordinate with various departments to prepare sales reports, maintain databases, and manage schedules.

- Provide expert product knowledge and personalized recommendations to fulfill customer requirements.

- Ensure a visually appealing and well-organized sales environment.

- Process transactions accurately and swiftly utilizing the cash register.

- Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed sales targets.

- Address customer inquiries promptly and resolve any issues effectively.

- Monitor sales metrics, prepare performance reports, and present findings to management.

- Execute promotional campaigns and evaluate their impact on sales.

- Foster positive client relationships and deliver exceptional service from initial contact to post-rental follow-up.

- Assist in the onboarding of new clients.

- Updates daily the ERP system

Requirements & Skills:

- 1-2 years of experience in sales or customer service.

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

- Proficiency in MS Office suite.

- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

- Knowledge of real estate rental ERP system

- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Knowledge of real estate rental processes is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Certification in Sales or Customer Service.
